2. The prayer for the bail of the petitioner in connection with S.Tr. No. 422/2022 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022 has earlier been rejected twice vide order dated 22.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37307/2022 and vide order dated 02.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30434/2023.

3. On earlier occasion vide order dated 10.05.2024 present stage of the case has been called for.

4. Upon perusal of the Report received from the Trial Court, It appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months.

5. In the aforesaid background, this Court is not
