JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 Heard Mr. Devendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Madan Kumar, learned APP for the State. The application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 13.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51323 of 2022 whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was allowed.

It is submitted that on account of inadvertence, in place of Riga P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019, Bathanaha P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019 has wrongly been mentioned in the original petition resulting into the error in the order and thereupon non acceptance of the bail bonds of the petitioner. From the materials available on record, it appears that the present case relates to Riga P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18792 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 In view thereof, the order dated 13.02.2023 be modified to the extent that "Bathanaha P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019" shall be read as "Riga P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019" in all the places as has been mentioned in the said order. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
