In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 17th February 2016 passed in Samastipur Town (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 512 of 2011 by which the court below has taken cognizance for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 302, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. After some argument, the counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition.
