1. The defects pointed out by the registry are ignored.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.10.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No.12230 of 2021, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Siwan Sadar, has already passed a reasoned order dated 28.05.2022, rejecting the case of the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 28.05.2022. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The petition stands disposed off.
