Petitioner is in custody in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 7.5.2018 in connection with seizure of approximately 10 liters Ml Officers choice Prestige Whiskey.

Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on
