2. The present writ petition has been filed for execution of the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.4688 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 Reforms, Mahua in Case No. 295 of 2011-12.

3. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has statutory remedy under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) which talks about the execution of the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms himself.

4. In this view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to avail remedy under the said statute.
