Prayer is for grant for bail in Muffasil P.S.Case No. 106 of 2016 registered under section 307 IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner, in course of investigation, was found to be a member of unlawful assembly and in pursuance of the said assembly, co-accused Praveen Yadav had resorted to firing on the daughter of the informant whereas co-accused Baleshwar Yadav fired on the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner like other co-accuseds transpired in course of investigation. Three of them have been released on anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.06.2017 (Annexure-2). The petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50617 of 2017(2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 languishing in jail since 01.05.2017 having no criminal antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Munger in Muffasil P.S.Case No. 106 of 2016 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family members.
