Considering the stand taken by the petitioner in the supplementary affidavit, particularly Annexure-5/1, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, as the brother of the petitioner is not getting any remuneration from the public exchequer and his income is not sufficient to cater the need of the family members. The respondents are hereby directed to take fresh decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a maximum period of three months from the date of

The earlier order, as contained in Annexure-1, is hereby quashed and the respondents are directed to consider afresh the claim of the petitioner in the light of Annexure-5/1, within the time frame indicated herein above.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
