This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No.584 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other family members are said to have killed the daughter of the informant. 4.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The marriage is of the year 2014. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
