2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4809 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 petitioner to approach before the respondent no.6 (the District Mining Officer, Saran, Chapra) for release of the truck in question.

3. In view of the aforesaid the petitioner is granted the liberty to approach the respondent no.6 (the District Mining Officer, Saran, Chapra) for seeking the reliefs as prayed for in the present writ application. If the petitioner approaches the respondent no.6 i.e. the District Mining Officer, Saran, Chapra within four weeks from today, the respondent no.6 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. The order shall be passed by the respondent no.6 i.e. the District Mining Officer, Saran, Chapra after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and it shall be reasoned and speaking order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
