JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of committing the murder of her daughter-in-law.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the deceased herself committed suicide. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is a lady and remained in custody for about five months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40062 of 2017 (2) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Harpur P.S.Case No. 12 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned with a further condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial and appear before the court on each and every date fixed in the case, failing which her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
