The petitioner is in custody since 2.10.2016 in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) & 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is no recovery of incriminating article from the petitioner's possession and the petitioner has already been custody for almost one year yet no T.I. Parade has been conducted till date to establish his identity. It is further submitted that, admittedly, the informant has been circulating the photograph so that the petitioner can well be identified.

No.41015 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2016.
