JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1012C of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, seek the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

It is submitted that in this case, the matter has been compromised and the husband and wife are living together happily and the husband has been granted bail by the court below itself and the petitioners being the relatives of the husband also deserve

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29675 of 2014 (3) dt.22-01-2015 sympathetic consideration.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and seek regular bail and in that case considering that if the husband is on bail, the petitioners should also be granted bail to the satisfaction of the court concerned on the same date. Let this order be sent through Fax at the cost of the petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 1012C of 2012 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa.
