The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sangrampur P.S. case No. 127 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he paid Rs. 2 lakh to Sanjay Singh for providing labourers and took Vinod Sahni, Sonu Sahni, Chandan Sahni, the petitioner, and Saheb Sahni for working in his factory, but labourers worked about one month in the factory and fled away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner did not receive any money and when the wages was not paid to the petitioner, the petitioner left the work in factory.

No.34331 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. case No. 127 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
