Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pachrukhi (M.H.Nagar) P.S. Case No. 331 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are the mother-in-law, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws of the informant have been falsely implicated in this case with intention to grab the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15168 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 property. Petitioners have been made accused merely on basis of suspicion. As a matter of fact, the husband of the informant died due to serious ailments.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Cas3e No. 331 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
