2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S.Case No.92 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 333 and 353 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The case, according to the informant, is that he received information that some accused persons armed with deadly weapon had assembled at Gopal Dera Road near temple and were planning to commit crime. The police is said to have reached at the spot and apprehended several persons and seized fire arms and ammunition from their possession. It has been further alleged that the apprehended accused disclosed the name of

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He was neither present near the place of occurrence, nor any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner who is in custody since 16.04.2017.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Buxar in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S.Case No.92 of 2017.
