JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 29-07-2015 The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 58 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within few months of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the trial of the father of the petitioner the accusation was not supported by the informant. Earlier anticipatory bail application of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24686 of 2015 (02) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 petitioner was disposed of with a liberty to pray for regular bail. It appears that the present second application for anticipatory bail is absolutely misconceived.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
