The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 979 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18837 of 2023(3) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
