The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order contained in Memo No.4203 dated 02.11.2024 along with resolution of District Screening Committee as contained in Memo No.4036 dated 19.10.2024 under the signature of Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Aurangabad, by which he has prepared a wrong seniority list by mentioning wrong joining date of few

Patna High Court CWJC No.4535 of 2025(2) dt.25-03-2025 2/3 clerks and juniors to the petitioner and juniors to the petitioner had been granted promotion and further direction to the respondent authorities to prepare a fresh seniority list and to grant promotion to the petitioner as per his seniority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after publication of Memo No.4036 dated 19.10.2024 i.e., list of promotion, the name of the petitioner has not figured, thereafter the petitioner has filed his representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, Regional Deputy Director, Health Department, Magadh Division, Gaya, and the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, but on his representation no decision has been taken till date. It transpires to this Court that the said representations were filed on 18.11.2024.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that a direction may be given to take decision on the representation of the petitioner.

In the light of the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Regional Deputy Director, Health Services, Magadh Division, Gaya, within thirty days from today along with a copy of this order, who shall take a decision and
