The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323,307,353, 212 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

At the very outset, it is submitted that the case of the petitioner is similarly situated as that of co-accused, who has been allowed pre-arrest bail by another Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8850 of 2014 by order dated 29.04.2014 and deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. is not in a position to distinguish the case of the petitioner from those co-

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate., Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Vats/- U T
