The present Interlocutory Application has been preferred for substituting the name of petitioner no. 3, Ram Ayodhya Singh who died on 05.04.2017 leaving behind his heirs as incorporated in paragraph 2.

3. In that view of the matter, I.A. No. 01 of 2024 is allowed.

4. Let the name of heirs of the petitioner no. 3 be incorporated as petitioner nos. 4 and 5.
