Taking into consideration that victim boy supporting the occurrence has made specific allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail, accordingly his prayer for bail in connection with Siwan P.S.Case No. 43 of 2013, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of hearing of regular bail application of the petitioner (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U
