The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Sections 366, 372 & 373 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of Immoral Traffic Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was running a brothel in his house from where the daughter of the informant and one another girl, namely, Tara Muni were recovered by the police, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the
