JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 It is sad to see that present petition was filed in the year 1991 but after filing of the petition the matter was placed before the Lawazima Board for the first time on 03.07.2017. The Lawazima Board directed the petitioner to remove the defect but no one turned up for removal of the defect.

It is obvious from perusal of the record that present petition was filed for restoration of CWJC No. 8152 of 1990 and this matter is pending since long. However, today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no one turned up on behalf of the petitioner to make any prayer.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed due to non compliance of order of Lawazima Board.
