====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.
After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that at least, the learned Sub Judge-I, Arwal, may be directed to dispose Title Suit No. 34 of 2045 as early as possible inasmuch as the evidence on behalf of the petitioner-plaintiff has already been closed and the evidence of defendant is going on. The suit was filed in the year 2015. Regards being had to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that seven years have already passed, the learned Court below is requested to dispose Title Suit No. 34 of 2015 as early as possible, without giving unnecessary adjournment to either parties.
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.393 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 This application is disposed with aforesaid observation and direction.
