The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. (Excise) No. 320 of 2018, arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 under Sections 30(A), 38(I) (II) & 41 (I) (II) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.4.2018. On perusal of the FIR and the seizure list, it would be evident that the aforesaid liquor was recovered beneath the mud of half built joint house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
