The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Upendra Chaudhari has already been allowed bail vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14080 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 51572 of 2018 on 27.09.2018 (Annexure-2) by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Bodh-Gaya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
