Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10669 of 2017 on merit.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge has already been framed and there is no substantive progress in the trial and Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the matter and try to conclude it within a reasonable period preferably within nine months.
