Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No.877 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that there was some altercation in between the petitioner and the informant's son and, therefore, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, arms were not recovered from possession of the petitioner rather the informant is said to have produced the arms recovered from two other co-

Considering the said facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No.877 of 2017.
