Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The specific case of the informant is that on the order of this petitioner, Aman Anand @ Lallu, Sudarshan Raj @ Kallu and this petitioner resorted to fire on chest of the nephew of the informant and thereafter Narayan Singh fired on the temple and Gulshan Kumar Singh and Gaurav Kumar Singh fired on the chest and other part of the body. Co-accused Sunil Singh also resorted to fired. The victim died on the place of the occurrence.
Considering the nature of accusation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24715 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
