JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 After having perused the supplementary show cause reply filed on behalf of Opposite party no.2 stating therein that interest amount to the tune of Rs. 1,50,412/- has been paid to the petitioner which accrued on petitioner's Provident Fund entitlement, I am of the view that this Court's order, violation of which has been complained of in the present contempt application, stands substantially complied with.
In my considered opinion, no purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending any further.
This application stands disposed of, in view of
Patna High Court MJC No.1467 of 2015 (4) dt.23-09-2015 the supplementary show cause reply as noted above.
