JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner is accused in connection with G.O. Case No. 13 of 2020, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 150 bottles, each containing 300 ml, Nepali Saufi from the bicycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.01.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19210 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with G.O. Case No. 13 of 2020. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
