JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of writ specially writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents specially Respondent No. 1 & 2 to consider the case of the petitioner against the category of physically handicapped and published the result as the vacancy is still there for the post of Junior Engineer in the category of Physical Handicapped."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna submits that the advertisement in question has already stood withdrawn, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, though the learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, in accordance with law, as and when fresh advertisement is issued. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
