The appellant is in custody in connection with S.T No. 57 of 2024 (arising out of Kotwali (Barari) P.S Case No. 1129 of 2022 from the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge III cum Special Judge (SC & ST Act), Bhagalpur registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the I.P.C, under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has falsely been implicated in this case. It is

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.993 of 2025(6) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 further submitted that this is a second attempt for regular bail before this Court earlier prayer for regular bail of the appellant is rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 passed in Cr. APP. (SJ) NO. 4526 of 2023.

4. On perusal of stage of Trial report sent by District and Additional Sessions Judge-III cum Special Judge, (SC/ST) Act, it appears that trial Court demanded four months more time to conclude the trial. Hence, trial is likely to be concluded in near future and there is no fresh ground to consider the prayer of regular bail of the appellant this time too.

5. Hence, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the appellant. So, prayer for regular bail of the appellant is rejected once again.
