2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1)/126(2)/115(2)303(2)/352/351(2)/3(5) of the BNSS.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that this petitioner along with other co-accused brutally assaulted the mother and the wife of the informant for a broom. It is further alleged that they looted cash and ornaments from the house of the informant. During the course of the treatment, the wife of the informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a petty dispute over broom, mar-pit took place between the parties. Both the parties are gotia and a partition suit is pending between

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15278 of 2025(4) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 them. There is delay in lodging the F.I.R. for which no plausible explanation has been offered. The petitioner is in jail since 26.10.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur/ concerned court in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 413/2024.
