The petitioners, who are in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 358 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners are of assaulting the informant and his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they have got clean antecedent and sustained injury was also found simple in nature and they are in custody since 15.08.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon
