The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 192 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Allegedly, the petitioner gave knife blow on the chest of the informant causing injury.

By filing supplementary affidavit, it is submitted that both the parties have compromised this case and joint compromise petition has already been filed in the court below and as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29605 of 2014 (2) dt.12-01-2015 A.P.P. does not oppose.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the learned court below with compromise petition and the learned court below after ascertaining the genuineness of the compromise petition shall release the petitioner on bail on execution of bail bond to its satisfaction Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application is hereby disposed of.
