2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur O.P) P.S.Case No. 435 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are said to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant's son. They are in custody since 29.11.2023, having clean antecedent.
