No.1314 of 2015 The interlocutory application has been filed for amendment to the prayer made in the restoration application so as to seek restoration of I.A. No.4362 of 2014 in L.P.A. No.839 of 2014 instead of restoration of L.P.A. No.839 of 2014 as inadvertently stated in the restoration application. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for amendment is allowed. I.A. No.1314 of 2015 is, accordingly, disposed of. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, none appearing for the State, I.A. No.4362 of 2014 is directed to be restored to its original file.
