JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 363A, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that informant's minor daughter, Durga Kumari, went missing along with six other girls. Subsequently, the informant came to know through Shanit Kumari that petitioner took the girls to join some musical group leading to registration of FIR against the petitioner and others. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant' s daughter and other girls on their own went to join the musical group and none have alleged that they were abducted or physically abused.

No.20363 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that some of the girls were found minor and all of them suggested that petitioner took them to join musical group, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Andhara Tharhi P.S case No. 91 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Suresh Kumar, learned J.M., 1st class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
