The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having been riding on motorcycle and upon being apprehended by the Police, they could not produce the papers regarding the ownership of the said motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, has been falsely implicated in the present case, is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 17.03.2018. It is further submitted that the petitioner is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) as well as upon furnishing cash security of Rs. 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) to the satisfaction of Sri P. Anand Dwivedi, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018.
