The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 250 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 302 of I.P.C. was added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
