JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of torture and harassment for dowry. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the victim. Allegation of torture and harassment is general and omnibus and no overt act has been alleged against them. They are separate in mess and business. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of
