The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of one Pancham Kumari / private-respondent no. 6 as an Anganwari Sevika for Ward No. 9 in the Panchayat of Dhaneshwari under Bhargama Block in the district of Araria.

The reason for the petitioner being aggrieved by her appointment is that she stands appointed on forged and fake certificate of merit. Complaints also were made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5352 of 2019 dt.09-04-2019 2/3 petitioner before the various authorities including the District Programme Officer, Araria but those complaints have yielded no result.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the District Programme Officer, Araria to dispose off the complaint/representation filed by her within a reasonable timeframe. In order to facilitate the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation/complaint before the District Programme Officer, Araria regarding appointment of private-respondent no. 6 / Pancham Kumari on the post of Anganwari Sevika byepassing her claim, along with a copy of this order, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation/complaint, the District Programme Officer, Araia shall dispose off the same, after verifying the records and affording hearing to the private-respondent no. 6/Pancham Kumari and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. Patna High Court CWJC No.5352 of 2019 dt.09-04-2019 3/3 still feel aggrieved, she would have the option of challenging the order of the District Programme Officer, Araria before the District Magistrate, Araria.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
