The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner took Rs.

1,50,000,00/- for getting the land transferred in the name of the complainant. But neither the sale deed was executed in the name of the complainant nor the money was returned.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had given money to the complainant for transfer of a land but the sale deed was not executed hence filed a Money Suit No. 01 of 2012.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29720 of 2014 (4) dt.02-04-2015 Considering the nature of accusation levelled in he background of pending Money Suit, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 958C of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
