Petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.579 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the informant was going to Patna and as he reached eastern side of Dadar pul at about 8.45 PM three boys came on a motorcycle and stopped him. One of the boy pointed pistol at his chest and told him to give all the belongings and in course of snatching one of the boys shot him which hit near his chest. One of the accused namely Tullu Kumar was caught by the informant and pedestrians assembled there told the name of two other persons, namely, Golu Kumar and Gaurav Kumar who were with them in snatching the

Considering the fact that petitioner has been named by the accused who was caught on the spot and allegation being serious in nature and petitioner having criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
