With reference to the averments made in the counter affidavit, Mr. Manish Kumar, G.P.-8 has rightly contended that a dispute of such nature can be agitated before the Court of competent civil jurisdiction. The prayer of the petitioner to execute the order passed by the Circle Officer in Measurement Case No. 16/2011-12 also appears to be misconceived. Writ Court is not the executing Court of the orders passed by the Revenue Authority.

The writ application is dismissed. Dismissal of this application, however, shall not preclude the aggrieved party to
