The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-47A of the Excise Act.

The petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, who disclosed before the police that the petitioner used to supply country-made liquor and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, named above, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31962 of 2014 (2) dt.02-02-2015 event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
