JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,308,504,506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that eight FIR named accused came and started abusing the informant, on protest being made, co accused Raghubansh Rajak started assaulting the informant when the husband of the informant came to rescue then all accused persons made assault to the informant's husband.

No.20501 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence and there is no accusation of assault by the petitioners to the informant. Though the informant's husband received five injury but the accusation of assault is against eight accused persons. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.206 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
