JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2018. In the instant case it is alleged that 5 Kg. Substance like Ganja was seized. Similarly circumstanced other co-accused Hari Kishun Gond has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the quantity of Ganja is not

Case No. 205 of 2018.
